Responsibilities included:

negotiations with equity investors to secure funding totalling US$250m.

Overall rollout of the business involving
the opening of 16 offices worldwide supported by a state-of-the-art
technological and operational structure.

Development of certain strategic
technologies including the award winning “Caspinet” system (internet based
research production and dissemination system).

Supported the diversification of
Baring Securities from primarily Japanese securities to the global emerging
markets.
Responsibilities included:
