Office of Naval Research (ONR) - Coordinates, executes, and promotes the science and technology programs of the United States Navy and Marine Corps through schools, universities, government laboratories, and nonprofit and for-profit organizations.

Pacific International Center For High Technology Research (PICHTR) - An independent, not-for-profit, applied research and development center incorporated in Hawaii with an international board of directors from the United States, Asia, and the Pacific region. PICHTR is chartered to promote and develop technology appropriate to the marine and tropical environment of the Asia-Pacific region and to assist, facilitate and support its application through technical services, education, and training.

Pacific Innovation Center (BAE Spectral Systems) - This Pacific Innovation Center (PIC) will provide Hawaii dual use technology based companies the ability to demonstrate their software, product, and system design solutions in a multimedia environment designed to maximize the marketing capability of those businesses to a targeted audience/customer base.  The Pacific Innovation Center will be housed in over 3,000 square ft. of prime office space on the 12th floor of Honolulu's premier office complex ….the First Hawaiian Bank Building, in downtown Honolulu.

Hawaii Institute of Public Affairs (HIPA) - The Hawaii Institute for Public Affairs generates and communicates new knowledge and original research to improve the quality of life in our Islands. By creating an informed atmosphere for policymakers and community members, we open new opportunities to strengthen Hawaii’s economy, society and environment.

IsisHawaii - isisHawaii was created to address a need for girls to connect with industry mentors for educational and career guidance by providing an online mentoring resource. Since then, isisHawaii has evolved and broadened its scope of services. Today, any student can participate in a wide range of isisHawaii programs and opportunities focused on fostering interest in STEM (i.e., science, technology, engineering and mathematic) higher education and career exploration.

Kauai Economic Development Board (KEDB) - the Kauai Economic Development Board (KEDB) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit, member-based organization. KEDB’s members include a variety of Kauai businesses, community organizations, legislators, and government officials. KEDB is improving the quality of life in the County of Kauai from Haena to Barking Sands and PMRF.

Maui Economic Development Board (MEDB) - the Maui Economic Development Board, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to achieving a balanced economy and more rewarding choices for our residents. The organizational focus on the growth of a technology sector put emphasis on building a supportive business climate, access to resources and collaborations among peers.
