Hawaii Technology Development Venture will:

Provide early assessment of technologies for funding,
especially those with potential for dual use. |

Support the overall development, transfer, and
commercialization of technologies developed in Hawaii. |

Seek additional funding sources to accelerate the
process, including spin-in and spin-out and prototype development options. |
|
Provide education and training to small businesses to
participate in DoN/DoD acquisition programs and to enhance commercialization
potential. |
